From one beautiful fjord to another

Our trip from Howe Sound to Desolation Sound was an adventure of a lifetime. On our first full day, we met one of the Sun MicroSystems founders and his 190-foot Ethereal luxury sailing yacht in Teakearne Arm, the same cove where Captain Vancouver and his crew anchored their 99-foot HMS Discovery during their original hydrographic survey of the area just 219 years earlier (in 1792).
